Price Promise

 

We want you to shop with confidence, knowing you are getting great value every time. If you find the same product at a lower price from another United Kingdom retailer, we will do everything we reasonably can to match the price and where possible, offer a better one. Once approved we will provide a discount code to ensure you receive the best available value.

To keep things clear and fair, this is how our Price Promise works.

1. What qualifies for a price match

We can consider a price match when the product:

  • Is exactly the same model, specification, colour or size.
  • Is brand new and not refurbished, ex display, used or graded.
  • Is in stock and available for dispatch from the competitor, or offered with a comparable lead time for made to order or customised items.
  • Is sold by a retailer based in the United Kingdom.

2. What we compare

When we review a request we look at:

  • The competitor advertised price including value added tax.
  • Any delivery charges.
  • Any compulsory fees required to complete the purchase.

We are not able to match:

  • Listings on marketplace platforms, auction sites or from private sellers.
  • Short term promotions such as flash events or clearance events.
  • Prices that depend on voucher codes, membership schemes, loyalty points or multi buy offers.

3. How to request a price match

If you have found a better price, please send us:

  • A link to the competitor product page.
  • A screen capture if the price is time limited.
  • Your contact details.
  • The product you would like to purchase from us.

4. If your request is approved

If your price match request is accepted we will either:

  • Provide you with a custom discount code, or
  • Adjust the product price for you before you complete checkout.

A price match cannot be used together with existing promotions, bundle discounts or multi buy offers.

5. When we cannot offer a price match

A price match may not be approved if any of the following apply:

  • The competitor price is clearly an error.
  • The offer is extremely short lived or part of a major promotional event.
  • The competitor is not an authorised retailer for the brand.
  • The product has been discontinued or is end of line stock.

6. After you have purchased

If you purchase a product from us and then find the same item at a lower price within seven days, please send us the details. If the request meets our criteria, we will refund the difference as store credit.

7. Our discretion

We always aim to be fair and reasonable, but we may occasionally decline a price match request. We may also amend or withdraw the Price Promise at any time.
