Water Supply Requirements

A suitable cold water feed should be planned in advance along with a safe drainage point for emptying and cleaning the tub. Hose fill is suitable for most installations, but a fixed supply can be installed if preferred. Ensure pipe routes are prepared before final positioning to avoid cutting through finished panels or surrounding decking.

Base Preparation

Installation is designed for a competent self build on a level, load bearing surface such as concrete, paving slabs or a reinforced decking subframe. The base must be flat, stable and capable of supporting the full operating weight of the hot tub when filled with water and bathers.

Access and Delivery

Delivered on a kerbside pallet, typically a minimum of 250 kg. Where access allows, a pump truck can move the pallet across solid, level ground. Individual components are sized for manual handling through standard garden access points.

Assembly Process

All primary structural elements are pre cut and supplied with stainless steel fixings and clear step by step instructions. The hot tub is assembled in its final position on the prepared base with appropriate clearance for the heater, flue, and safe circulation around the unit.

Ventilation and Drainage

Delivery to mainland UK is completely free, in stock items dispatch within 5 days. Contact us to arrange delivery dates that work for you. Additional charges apply to locations outside of UK mainland.

Please inspect your delivery within 24 hours of arrival for any damage that may have occurred during transit, so we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Your sauna is delivered kerbside to the nearest accessible point at your property, such as a driveway or pavement. Each delivery arrives clearly organised, well-protected and with full installation instructions included for a smooth and straightforward self-install.

Local Collection

You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Leicester. Please note that the components are long and heavy, so a large van or flatbed truck will be required.

Caring for your hot tub

Exterior Timber Maintenance

Protect all external timber cladding and exposed wooden components with a fully breathable wood paint or stain during or shortly after assembly. A high quality water based product such as Sadolin Superdec is recommended. Apply two to three coats for full coverage and refresh periodically. This helps minimise moisture absorption, protects against weathering and supports long term outdoor durability.

Inner Fibreglass Care

The fibreglass liner should be rinsed after use and periodically cleaned with a non abrasive, non chlorine cleaner suitable for composite bathing surfaces. Avoid harsh chemicals or scouring pads as these can dull the finish. Regular draining and wiping down will help maintain water quality, prevent biofilm build up and keep the bathing surface smooth and hygienic.

Heater Maintenance

For wood fired heaters, remove ash regularly and ensure the firebox and flue remain clear for safe airflow. Check all connections and seals before use and keep the heater exterior clean and free from debris. Stainless steel components can be wiped down to maintain appearance and prevent surface staining. Always allow the heater to cool fully before carrying out any maintenance.

Warranty

All hot tubs and outdoor bathing structures include a 2 year residential warranty covering manufacturing defects in structural timber, internal shell and factory supplied hardware. This applies only where the exterior timber has been treated and maintained as recommended. For rental, hospitality, spa or any revenue generating use, a 1 year commercial warranty applies.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

Heaters, pumps, chillers, filtration systems and third party accessories are covered by their respective manufacturers.

Proof of purchase, confirmation of installation on a suitable level base and evidence of timber treatment may be required to support a claim.

What Is Covered

Manufacturing or construction defects in structural timber, internal fibreglass or stainless steel liner and factory supplied components.

Replacement of missing, damaged or faulty parts identified at delivery or during correct installation.

Technical support from our team to assess issues and coordinate replacement parts or specialist assistance where required.

What Is Not Covered

Natural timber movement, colour variation, surface cracking, resin release and normal weathering.

Minor cosmetic marks to internal liners that do not affect performance.

Issues caused by incorrect installation, inadequate base preparation, insufficient drainage or poor water management.

Misuse, operation without water, freezing of pipework, failure to maintain safe water chemistry or running pumps and heaters dry.

Unauthorised modification, non compliant electrical installation or use of incompatible third party equipment.

Installation And Use Requirements

The hot tub must be installed on a level, load bearing base suitable for the full operating weight when filled.

The exterior timber must be treated after installation and re treated periodically.

All electrical wiring, pumps, heaters and chillers must be installed and commissioned by a qualified electrician where required.

Water must be maintained within recommended chemical levels and protected from freezing conditions.

The hot tub is intended for normal residential use unless a commercial agreement is in place.

Failure to meet installation, electrical, drainage or water maintenance requirements may invalidate the warranty.
