Ordering a sauna or outdoor wellness product is a big decision, and we don't take that lightly. From the moment you place your order to the day it arrives, we're here to make the experience as smooth, transparent and enjoyable as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle delivery.

Handmade to Order — Built Just for You

Every sauna we sell is handcrafted individually to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your sauna is built from scratch, specifically for you. That's something we're genuinely proud of, and we think you'll feel it when it arrives. It does mean that lead times vary depending on the product, specification and time of year, so please check the individual product page for the most accurate estimate. If you have a specific date in mind — a birthday, a garden project, a holiday countdown — please reach out before ordering and we'll give you an honest, friendly answer about what's realistic.

We'll Keep You in the Loop

We know that once you've ordered something you're excited about, waiting can be the hardest part. We'll keep you updated at every meaningful stage — from build confirmation through to dispatch and delivery scheduling — so you always know where things stand. If anything changes that affects your timeline, we'll let you know promptly and honestly. No chasing, no silence, no vague emails. Just clear, straightforward communication from real people who care about getting it right.

Delivery Across the UK

We deliver to mainland UK addresses using specialist freight partners who are experienced in handling large outdoor structures with care. If a surcharge applies to your location or the size of your order, we'll always let you know before dispatch — you'll never be caught off guard by an unexpected charge. If you're unsure whether your address might be affected, feel free to get in touch before you order and we'll check for you.

Remote UK Mainland Locations

We regularly deliver to rural, countryside and hard-to-reach locations across the UK, including the Scottish Highlands and remote off-grid properties — which, honestly, are often the most beautiful places to have a sauna. Lead times to these areas may occasionally be a little longer, and surcharges may apply depending on distance or access. We'll always be upfront about this before anything is dispatched, and we'll work with you to find the best solution.

Non-Mainland and Offshore UK Areas

We can also arrange delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and offshore Scottish islands including Skye, Orkney, Harris, Lewis, Mull and Shetland. Some products may need alternative transport arrangements or slightly adjusted timelines to reach you safely. Please get in touch before ordering and we'll talk it through and find the right approach for your location.

Large and Specialist Deliveries

Saunas, hot tubs, cold plunge units and other large structures are delivered by pallet or specialist two-person delivery teams who handle this kind of thing every day. Delivery is normally to kerbside or the nearest safe access point. To help everything go smoothly on the day, we'd recommend making sure there's clear access to your garden or installation spot ahead of time. If your access is particularly narrow, steep or unusual in any way, please let us know in advance — we'd much rather plan ahead than have a problem on delivery day.

Installation Services

If you'd like your sauna or wellness structure professionally installed, we can help with that too. Installation is carried out by approved partners and quoted separately from delivery. It's worth asking about this early, as availability varies by area and it's good to have it lined up before your delivery date arrives. Just get in touch and we'll find out what's possible for you.

Checking Your Delivery

When your order arrives, please take a moment to inspect it before the delivery team leaves if possible, and let us know within 24 hours of delivery if anything doesn't look right — including photos where you can. We understand that damage in transit is frustrating and entirely not what anyone wants, and we'll do everything we can to put it right quickly. The sooner you let us know, the faster we can act.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. It may take a little while to show updates after the item has been collected, but if you ever have any concerns about where your order is, please don't hesitate to get in touch — we're happy to chase it down for you.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address and contact details before completing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee may apply — and more importantly, it delays you getting something you've been looking forward to. If you spot a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before dispatch.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will typically leave a card, leave the item with a neighbour, place it somewhere safe, or redirect it to a local collection point depending on the service used. Please follow the instructions on the card or in any courier notification to rearrange delivery or collection. If you're struggling to sort it, give us a call and we'll help where we can.

Damaged, Delayed or Missing Items

If something arrives damaged, if part of your order is missing, or if it hasn't shown up within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and any relevant photos. We'll get straight onto it with the courier and keep you updated throughout. We know how disappointing it is when something goes wrong, and we'll work hard to make it right as quickly as possible.

International Delivery

If you're based outside the UK and would like to enquire about delivery, we'd love to hear from you. International delivery may be possible on a case-by-case basis — please get in touch before placing an order and we'll look into what we can do for your location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates, and occasionally things outside our control — courier capacity, build schedules, or the great British weather — can cause delays.
