Furniture Collection Service

If you have recently purchased something from us and are wondering what to do with the furniture it replaces, we are pleased to offer a simple and responsible option through our partnership with the British Heart Foundation. Rather than sending perfectly usable items to landfill, your furniture can be collected from your home and given a second life while supporting an important cause.

British Heart Foundation furniture collection

How it works

The British Heart Foundation provides a free home collection service for furniture and electrical items. Once collected, items are redistributed across their network of UK charity shops where they are resold to raise funds for lifesaving research into heart and circulatory diseases. Collections can be arranged at a time that suits you and can be adjusted up until the morning of the appointment.

You can arrange a collection online or by calling 0808 250 0270.

Before arranging a collection

Items need to be suitable for resale so the charity can cover the cost of the service and raise funds. Furniture should be clean, complete and in good working order, and upholstered items must have a valid fire safety label attached. Certain products cannot be accepted due to safety and legal requirements.

You can see the full list here. Collections are available across the UK but are currently not offered in Northern Ireland.
