The Dubai Ox is for people who enjoy cooking over fire the traditional way, where heat, height, and timing all matter. The deep grill bed gives you space to build a real bed of embers, which makes a noticeable difference. Food cooks more evenly, more steadily, and you are in control rather than the flames deciding for you. It feels a bit like tending a proper fire at home, only this time dinner is involved.

The wheel mechanism lets you raise and lower the grill beds smoothly, so temperature control comes from distance to the fire rather than knobs or switches. It is simple, but it works beautifully. You can sear close to the heat, then lift for slower cooking, and because there are two grill beds on the lift system, you can cook at high and low levels at the same time. Spark guards help keep things contained when the fire is lively, adding reassurance without getting in the way.

Made from Marine Grade 316 stainless steel, the Dubai Ox is built for permanent outdoor use. The detachable door, interchangeable grill beds, and spark guard options make it adaptable depending on what you are cooking. It has a solid, professional feel, the sort of setup you might see in serious fire cooking kitchens, but it sits comfortably in a well designed garden space made for gathering, cooking, and long evenings outdoors.

Your Ox Grill is delivered securely on a pallet to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Due to the weight and solid stainless steel construction, pallet delivery is the safest and most reliable method. This is a kerbside service, meaning the driver will deliver to the nearest accessible point at your property.

Please make sure there is clear access for a large delivery vehicle and space to offload the pallet. A pallet truck is used, which rolls on small wheels, so gravel, steep slopes, or steps can be tricky. If access is restricted, you may need an extra pair of hands on the day to help move the unit into position once delivered.

You will be contacted in advance to arrange a convenient delivery date. We recommend checking the packaging before signing and letting us know straight away if there are any issues. The oven is well protected for transport, but a quick check gives everyone peace of mind.
