Delivery and collection options

Standard Delivery

Delivery to mainland UK is completely free, in stock items dispatch within 5-14 working days. Contact us to arrange delivery dates that work for you. Additional charges apply to locations outside of UK mainland.

Please inspect your delivery within 24 hours of arrival for any damage that may have occurred during transit, so we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Your Deponti veranda is delivered kerbside to the nearest accessible point at your property, such as a driveway or pavement. Each delivery arrives clearly organised, well-protected and with full installation instructions included for a smooth and straightforward self-install.

Local Collection

You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Rugby. Please note that the components are long and heavy, so a large van or flatbed truck will be required.

If you would like to arrange collection, kindly contact us to schedule a suitable date and time.

Returns and refunds

You can return an order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please allow up to 14 days from sending the item to receive your refund.

We'll collect the order from you. Collections are free if your order is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee. To arrange a collection, please contact us.
