If you have ever tried to launch a pizza with a short peel, or turn one with a basic spatula, you will know how quickly things get stressful. The Igneus Pro 85cm Accessory Bundle is built for the normal realities of pizza cooking: hot oven mouths, fast bakes, and the need to work cleanly and confidently.

The 12 inch peel is designed to slide under a dressed base without bulldozing the toppings. The chamfered anodised aluminium blade helps with a smooth release, while the air holes reduce flour build up so you are not burning excess flour on the stone. At 85cm long, it keeps your hands back from the heat, which matters when you are cooking pizza back to back.

For turning, the 23cm turning peel is a practical upgrade over trying to rotate a pizza with the main peel. It is lighter, easier to manoeuvre, and the grip slider helps you control the angle as you spin the pizza for an even cook. If your pizza oven runs hot on one side, this is the tool that evens things out.

Keeping the oven floor tidy is what separates a good cook from a frustrating one. The brush has a rotatable head so you can sweep with the fire set to the side or the back, and the built in scraper deals with stuck scorch marks and burnt residue on the cooking stone.

Prep and serving are covered too. The stainless steel dough cutter scraper is useful for portioning dough, clearing the bench, and lifting sticky dough without tearing it. The 35cm rocker cutter then slices straight through a 12 inch pizza in one confident motion, which is ideal when you are feeding people and do not want the toppings dragged across the crust.
