Warranty Coverage
GlammFire warrants that all products manufactured by GlammFire, including bioethanol fireplaces, electric fireplaces, fire pits, burners, and barbecues, are free from defects in materials and workmanship and conform to GlammFire’s published specifications at the time of sale. This warranty applies only to products purchased from GlammFire or an authorised GlammFire reseller and is valid for the original purchaser only.

Warranty Period
The standard manufacturer’s warranty period is two (2) years from the original date of purchase. During this period, GlammFire will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective part or component, provided the defect arises from normal domestic use and not from an excluded cause.

Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact the authorised dealer where the product was purchased or GlammFire directly. Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, and the product serial number must be provided. Claims should be made as soon as a defect is identified. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase may invalidate the claim.

Warranty Remedy
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, GlammFire will, at its discretion, repair the product, supply replacement parts, or replace the product where repair is not reasonably possible. Any replacement parts fitted under warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper installation. It does not apply to products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorised persons, or to products not installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Damage caused by lack of maintenance, use of non-approved accessories, or operation outside intended conditions is excluded. Normal wear and tear, consumable parts, batteries, and glass components are not covered. Damage caused by environmental factors such as fire, flooding, or other natural events is also excluded.

Void of Warranty
Any attempt to repair or service the product by unauthorised personnel will immediately void this warranty.

General Conditions
This warranty is the sole and exclusive manufacturer’s warranty provided by GlammFire and replaces all other express or implied warranties, except where limited by law. GlammFire is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Where a product is required to be returned for inspection or repair, it must be securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging.

Consumer Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
