When you’re heating a small space, every detail matters. You want warmth you can trust, a flame you can enjoy, and a stove that feels as considered as the space you’re putting it in. The ApplePie range by Ekol was created with exactly that in mind.

Whether it’s installed on a narrowboat, set into a yurt or glamping pod, fitted within a shepherd’s hut, or used as a compact cabin stove, the ApplePie range adapts effortlessly. With an exceptionally low distance to combustibles, these stoves are among the safest and most practical options for environments where space is limited and installation constraints are critical.

What truly sets the ApplePie range apart is its versatility. More than just a heat source, it becomes part of daily living. Designed for those who cook, live, and relax around their stove, the ApplePie range offers a unique combination of internal and external cooking options, earning its reputation as the “Swiss Army Knife” of small wood burning stoves.

Built from full cast iron and weighing more than many stoves twice its size, the ApplePie range is engineered for longevity. The heavy construction stores heat effectively, radiates it evenly, and stands up to years of consistent use. Airflow is managed through a single intuitive control that regulates primary, secondary, and tertiary air, allowing clean, efficient burns with minimal effort.

An extra-large viewing window paired with a highly effective airwash system provides clear views of the fire, making it easy to monitor both flame and food. Fully DEFRA approved and compliant with Ecodesign 2022, the ApplePie range can be used to burn wood legally throughout the UK, delivering clean heat without compromise.

Available in multiple colours and configurations, and with the option of external air for well-sealed or off-grid installations, the ApplePie range is designed to fit around the way you live rather than forcing your space to adapt to the stove.

We offer a professional stove installation service that gives you peace of mind your stove is fitted safely, correctly and in line with UK regulations. Every home is unique, and the right installation approach depends on your space, chimney setup and flue requirements, so our pricing is arranged in clear tiers rather than a single flat rate.

Our typical installation pricing is structured as follows

  • Standard installation into an existing fireplace with a suitable chimney, from £700 and including core connection and setup
  • Installation that requires a new flue liner, minor hearth adjustments or additional components, from £1,200 depending on layout and materials
  • Installation where no chimney is present and a full twin wall external flue system is required, from £1,800 with final costs influenced by height, routing and site access

All installations are carried out by qualified professionals who ensure your stove is fitted safely, performs efficiently and meets current Building Regulations. If you are unsure which tier your property may fall into, or if you would like guidance on your setup, just get in touch. We will review your space, talk through the options and provide a clear and transparent quotation before any work goes ahead.
