The Gold comes up to temperature quickly and settles into the range needed for proper Neapolitan style pizza. Once the fire is established, the chamber stays stable, so you can focus on cooking rather than adjusting logs.

The Air Plus system keeps heat circulating around the dome and back onto the cooking floor. That steady movement helps pizzas cook evenly in about ninety seconds, with the base setting first and the crust rising without scorching. It feels controlled rather than unpredictable, which makes it easier to cook for family and friends.

Capacity depends on the size you choose, but larger models allow several pizzas to cook at once, or a mix of trays and bread when you move beyond pizza. It handles quick service and slower roasting with the same calm behaviour, which is where wood fired ovens become genuinely useful.

A laser thermometer is included, giving a clear reading of the stone temperature before you load the first pizza. The double insulated body, refractory base and stainless steel dome hold heat inside the chamber so the fire burns efficiently and the cooking surface stays consistent.
