A solid, level base and suitable delivery access are required. For a complete setup, select Professional Installation and choose your preferred date, allowing for the stated production lead time. We’ll then arrange the installation around your requirements, including any additional preparation or works needed to accommodate your sauna where possible.
This compact wood fired hot tub follows the same care principles as larger models, scaled to its smaller size. After each session, let the firebox cool fully before clearing ash, checking for good airflow before lighting again. Periodically inspect the external heater for soot build-up affecting heating efficiency. Drain and refresh the water regularly depending on usage frequency; the smaller volume means this is a quicker task than with a larger tub, but stagnant water will still develop issues if left too long, particularly in warm weather. Wipe down the interior periodically and check joints for leaks, especially after periods when the tub has sat empty. Thermowood's natural weather resistance keeps exterior maintenance minimal, needing little beyond occasional checks for surface wear. A light oil treatment every couple of years maintains the original colour, or let it weather naturally to a silvery grey patina if preferred, which requires no maintenance at all.

Production takes 2-4 weeks, plus 1-2 weeks dispatch time for pallet haulage. This sauna is delivered flat packed unless otherwise stated. Free UK mainland shipping applies. If your order exceeds standard pallet limits due to length, weight, or quantity, additional pallet charges may apply and are quoted separately based on postcode.

Deliveries are kerbside and unloaded using the vehicle's tail lift, so no machinery or extra help is needed on your side. For properties with tight or restricted access, we can arrange delivery on a smaller vehicle with the goods handballed off instead — just let us know your access situation before ordering.

The Hot Tub "Icon" takes the square format used elsewhere in the Icon range and applies it to wood fired heating, with a 91 centimetre footprint and 105 centimetre depth that keeps the overall size manageable while still giving proper depth for a full soak rather than a shallow sit.
