Delivery

We ship using trusted couriers and specialist freight partners, including services suitable for large and heavy products. We deliver across the United Kingdom, including rural, remote and off-grid locations where access allows.

Free UK delivery

All items ship with free delivery. Please refer to the Delivery tab on the product page for estimated delivery times for each product.

Surcharges may apply for very large or heavy items and for certain locations. These will be shown at checkout where possible or confirmed before dispatch.

Remote and offshore locations

We regularly deliver to the Highlands, rural mainland areas and remote properties, although lead times may be longer and surcharges may apply. Delivery can also be arranged to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and offshore Scottish islands. Some items may require alternative services or pricing.

Large and specialist deliveries

Heavy products such as stoves, saunas, pergolas and outdoor kitchens are usually delivered by pallet or a two person service. Delivery is typically to the kerbside or nearest safe access point. White Glove delivery or installation may be available on selected products and is quoted separately on request.

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by courier capacity, weather or supplier lead times. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us before purchasing so we can recommend the most suitable service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for large vehicle deliveries. Failed delivery attempts due to access restrictions may incur redelivery charges.
