About

A cube that fits where a rectangle will not. Lumi Cube brings modular construction to a compact 3.33m² cube format, pre assembled Spruce sections fitting together quickly once on site. The cube shape keeps seating balanced without anyone feeling squeezed against a wall. Solid timber throughout means heat retention stays just as strong as the larger modular models. A quick route to a properly built sauna in a smaller garden. The Spruce structure is supplied with its exterior factory-finished in painted black.

A compact sauna that's genuinely easy to fit into a smaller garden removes one of the bigger practical barriers to regular sauna use: space. For households who'd otherwise rule out sauna ownership because a larger cabin simply wouldn't fit, a well-built compact option still delivers the same core physiological benefits as any larger sauna, heat exposure raising heart rate and improving circulation in a way that mirrors light cardiovascular exercise, with no compromise on thermal performance thanks to the insulated factory construction.

The glass front wall brings a meaningful amount of natural light into a smaller heat room, which matters more in a compact space where a fully enclosed design might otherwise feel cramped. Good natural light during sauna use has a positive effect on how relaxing the session feels, helping a smaller cabin feel genuinely pleasant to spend time in rather than purely functional.

For couples or individuals specifically, a sauna sized realistically for one or two regular users, rather than built to accommodate group sessions that rarely happen, often gets used more consistently simply because it matches actual usage patterns. Sauna bathing's wellbeing benefits, improved circulation, reduced stress, eased muscle tension, accumulate with regular use, and a compact, well-lit, genuinely inviting space that fits the available garden area is more likely to support that consistency than an oversized sauna that ends up feeling like more space than is actually needed.
Delivered flat-packed for self-assembly, with free UK mainland delivery on qualifying orders. The larger Cube format requires a little more assembly time than the smaller Icon models, so we recommend allowing a weekend and having a second person to help. A solid, level base and suitable delivery access are required.

For a complete setup, select Professional Installation and choose your preferred date, allowing for the stated production lead time. We’ll then arrange the installation around your requirements, including any additional preparation or works needed to accommodate your sauna where possible.

Electric sauna heaters require a suitable dedicated electrical supply and are not simply plug-and-play. The power requirements depend on the heater's output and the electrical supply available at the property.

Smaller heaters may be suitable for a 230V single-phase supply, while larger or more powerful heaters can require a 400V three-phase supply. Single-phase power uses one electrical phase, whereas three-phase power distributes the load across three phases and is better suited to higher-powered equipment.

The correct supply will depend on the specific heater you choose, so the heater's electrical requirements should always be checked before installation.

Sauna heaters will normally need to be hard-wired into a correctly rated dedicated circuit with the appropriate cable, isolation and electrical protection. They should not be connected using a standard household plug or extension lead.

The final electrical connection should be completed by a suitably qualified electrician in accordance with the heater manufacturer's instructions and applicable electrical regulations. This is important for both safety and reliable operation of the heater.

If you're based in the Leicestershire area, we can arrange the electrical installation of your sauna heater for an additional fee. Please speak to our team if you'd like this included with your sauna.

Wood-fired sauna heaters do not require an electrical supply for heating, but they do require the correct installation of the stove, chimney, flue and surrounding heat protection.

The stove must be positioned according to the manufacturer's required safety distances from timber walls, benches and other combustible materials. Depending on the stove and sauna design, suitable heat shields or other non-combustible protection may also be required.

The floor beneath and immediately around the stove may also require suitable non-combustible protection, particularly where there is a risk of embers or hot material falling from the stove.

A suitable chimney and flue system must be installed to safely carry smoke and combustion gases outside the sauna. Where the flue passes through the roof, the correct insulated chimney components, roof flashing and heat-resistant protection should be used.

Correct ventilation is also important. A wood-fired stove requires an adequate supply of combustion air, while the sauna itself needs sufficient airflow to provide fresh air, circulate heat and allow moisture to escape.

When choosing the position of an outdoor wood-fired sauna, you should also consider where the chimney will discharge in relation to your house, neighbouring properties, windows, boundaries and outdoor seating areas.

Any applicable local requirements should be checked before installation, particularly where chimney positioning, smoke control or other restrictions may apply.

The Sauna Lumi Cube needs the same straightforward care as any insulated modular sauna. After every session, leave the door open for twenty to thirty minutes to let the heat room dry out fully, which prevents mould and dark staining from building up over time. Wipe benches down once cooled, and give the interior a light sand once or twice a year wherever hands and bare skin make the most contact.

The glass front wall needs only a standard glass cleaner and a soft, lint-free cloth; given the larger glazed area on this model compared with a window alone, it's worth checking for condensation build-up after use and wiping it down before closing up. The included LED lighting needs no special maintenance beyond an occasional wipe of the fittings to keep them free of dust.

Externally, treat the spruce exterior with a wood treatment every two to three years depending on weather exposure. Given the compact footprint, this is a quicker job than treating a larger sauna, making it easy to stay on top of. Keep the base clear of leaves and standing water, and check that ground preparation is draining properly, the same principle that applies to any outdoor timber structure regardless of size.
This sauna comes with a 5 year warranty for residential use and 2 years for commercial use, covering structural timber, glazing, and hardware. Valid claims are assessed case by case, and we'll supply replacement parts wherever possible rather than the whole sauna.
Production takes 10-12 weeks, plus 1-2 weeks dispatch time for pallet haulage. This sauna is delivered as pre-assembled wall sections rather than fully flat packed. Free UK mainland shipping applies to orders over £500 covering up to one double pallet (2.4m x 1.2m x 2.2m) or two single pallets (1.2m x 1.2m x 2.2m). If your order exceeds this due to length, weight, or quantity, additional pallet charges may apply and are quoted separately based on postcode. Please have a solid base, clear access, and suitable unloading space ready before delivery, with help on site if needed. Pallet deliveries are kerbside only, and you're responsible for moving goods onto your property.

Modular Cube Garden Sauna Lumi — Painted Black, 3.3m² — painted — angle view 2

A compact, characterful modular sauna

Sauna Lumi Cube brings the modular construction approach to a compact cube format, with a 3.33 square metre footprint at 210 by 255 centimetres that suits gardens where a cube shape fits the available space better than a long rectangular cabin. Solid spruce sections are pre built before installation, giving the same faster, more predictable assembly process as the rest of the modular range, with the cube shape lending itself well to a tighter, more enclosed corner of a garden.

The cube format keeps the interior feeling balanced rather than narrow, with seating arranged to make the most of a relatively compact floor area without anyone feeling squeezed against a wall. As with the other modular saunas, the pre assembled wall sections mean the build on site is considerably more straightforward than traditional log construction, while solid spruce throughout ensures heat retention is not compromised by the modular approach in any meaningful way.

Lumi Cube suits smaller gardens that still want the cube aesthetic over a traditional rectangular cabin, offering a quick route to a properly built outdoor sauna without an extended construction project taking over a series of weekends. It is a sensible choice for anyone drawn to the cube look specifically rather than settling for it as a side effect of available space. The Spruce structure is supplied with its exterior factory-finished in painted black.
